Reflection and self-evaluation

I use reflection to turn feedback and experience into a stronger professional direction.

This page explains what I learned about myself, how I regulate my development and how I evaluate evidence against the target role.

Self-reflection

I realised that a dashboard is only valuable when it answers a clear business question. This changed how I present my work: I now explain why the analysis matters, not only what it shows.

Self-regulation

I identified gaps in concise communication, confidence and role-specific evidence. I responded by setting practical actions such as short insight explanation practice and data quality documentation.

Self-evaluation

I assess my evidence by asking whether it proves role fit, supports the job requirements and shows learning beyond technical claims.

Personal growth

How experience beyond university also shaped my skills.

Communication:Working and studying in diverse environments has helped me practise explaining myself clearly and listening before responding.
Resilience:Balancing study, work and career preparation has strengthened my ability to keep improving under pressure.
Adaptability:Team projects and personal experience have taught me that plans change, and I need to adjust while staying focused on outcomes.
